Returns

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at florapeng10@gmail.com before returning your item. We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned:

unused and in its original condition;
in its original packaging;
together with proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior notice may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at florapeng10@gmail.com, including photographs of the item and the packaging where applicable.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Reduction in Refund

Customers may inspect the goods as they would in a physical shop.

If the returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, in accordance with applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law:

Personalized or custom-made products;
Gift cards;
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery;

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, or you provide evidence that they have been returned (whichever occurs first), we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
